How easy is this to put together?
Very! With our patent pending modular design, it's easy to see why so many are getting Hammered! See the slide show below. If you are getting more than 3 sections, just keep following the same pattern for installation as the first.
Can I actually add-on additional sections at a later date?
Yes! It will be the same for every section you add on. Its easy! Take out 3 bolts on each side, slide the table back, add the new section, put the six bolts back in, and complete the installation.
What are the dimensions of the player caddies?
13 inches deep and 20 inches wide. They have a 2 inch front lip to keep books and other items from travelling away when you’re playing and a 6 inch back to allow for artwork, cards, etc.
What are the dimensions of the Player Stations?
They are enormous! 27" wide! Every player will enjoy having a place for everything such as; snacks, books, trinkets, treasure, handouts, miniatures, pens, pencils, bags of dice, just consider it to be your own pocket dimension! Feel free to personalize your station with wood burned images. Each side has a small lip to keep your items from travelling! Ever played next to a table hog? Never fight for space again! You will have the largest chunk of gamer real-estate in the industry! Game here every week? Just leave your stuff, close it up and come back next week! Talk about getting back to the game quickly!
I am worried about leg room for my very tall players, visibility for my short players, and I have a few large gamers. What is the distance between the floor and the bottom of the caddy? Will everyone fit?
(Short answer) The bottom of the pull out Player Station is 24.5 inches from the ground. (fits my wife, sister and son) The Player Caddy is 27” when hooked on the bottom rail, 29” when hooked to the top rail, and a standard kitchen chair is 17 inches from the top of the seat.
(Long answer) We have been building for several years now and have worked with several focus groups on the design. With that being said, we started out making a table that would fit my family. My son is 6’2” and is all legs, my wife is 5’3” and very petite, I am 5’4” and broad, my sister is 5’6” and weighs about 325 lbs, her son is 6’4” and weighs around 440 ish, and my 3 girls range from 3’11” to 4’2”. We have been playing at our table for 5 years nearly every Saturday night. My son has had many of his teenage friends over to play, ranging in size, as teenagers do. With these extremes, we decided to build the table in the middle of these ranges, without sacrificing table depth. It has resulted in a table that can accommodate most everyone. Does my son unintentionally play footsy with the person on the other side of the table? Sometimes. Does my wife have to stand to move her miniatures? Sometimes. But that’s why we have her at a pull out Player Station. She can close it with all her stuff inside, reach in move stuff around and sit back down and nothing is disturbed! She just pulls the station back out and everything is as she left it. My kids sit on their knees LOL. We do use differing chairs due to weight issues but everyone has leg room, body room, shoulder room, and room enough for all their stuff. I know of no other table that can make such a claim.
